This is a Bogen Manfrotto 3085 Boom Assembly (Silver) with a counter weight. The boom extends up to 6.5 feet and the weight is about 10 lbs.

This boom pole is in excellent condition and shows normal signs of use. Comes with all accessories pictured which are still originally packaged.
