C-Mount or M42 Camera to Mamiya RZ67 Lens Adapter

Here is a unique item we came across. It is a lens adapter that can allow a C-Mount or M42 Mount camera to use a Mamiya RZ67 lens!  The dual threads at the base show how this works. 

It is in fine condition and fun to experiment with.
