Ilford Multigrade Filter Set 3.5"x3.5" AND 6"x6"

This is an Ilford Multigrade Filter Set for both 3.5in x 3.5in and 6in x 6in.  These are in great condition and include a filing book for both sizes, a clear plastic plate, and original boxes for both sizes.

The Ilford Multigrade Filter Set is a collection of filters used in darkroom printing to control contrast when working with variable contrast photographic papers. These filters are numbered from 00 to 5 in half-step increments, with lower numbers corresponding to softer contrast and higher numbers to harder contrast. They are designed for use with most enlargers and can be used above or below the lens, or cut to fit filter drawers. A filter holder and mounting hardware are often included in the set.
