This is a Kodak Commercial Ektar 12"MM F6.3 Lens with a No. 4 Acme Synchro Shutter. 

This lens is in Excellent condition.  Glass has no haze or fungus.  There are a dots inside, but nothing that would interfere with anything.  I'm sure that it would be easy to completely clean them off, but the glass is clean as it is.  Light cleaning marks on rear element that also won't affect images.

Shutter speeds are accurate and deliberate as well even on the slow speeds. Does not include a retaining ring.
