This Leica Summar 5cm F2 M39 Screw Mount Collapsible Lens has multiple issues that will require a CLA. The aperture is stiff, there is haze on the rear element and flaking of the internal paint. 

There is also a scratch on the front element. 
Includes front and rear caps.
