This is a Mamiya 5M Electro Magnetic Release, or what I would call an electronic cable release. It is designed to work on all Mamiya 645 AF and Phase One AF Camera Models.

 

It is in excellent condition and works perfectly.  Comes packed in the original box and also includes the instruction booklet.
