This is a Mamiya Eye Piece Magnifier for Mamiya 645 Pro or Super Prism Finders. 

This magnifier will go over your eyepiece and allow you to magnify the center for critical focusing and then pop back up out of the way for full viewing. Even has a built-in diopter adjustment. This eyepiece is in Excellent Condition and shows normal wear. If you want critical focusing, this is what you need.
