This is a Mamiya Eye Piece Magnifier for Mamiya 645 Pro, 645 Pro TL, and 645 Super Prism Finders. 

 

This magnifier will go over your eyepiece and allow you to magnify the center for critical focusing and then pop back up out of the way for full viewing.  Even has a built in diopter adjustment.
