This is a Mamiya 645 Pro 120MM F4 Macro Lens.  This lens will work on all Mamiya 645 Cameras including the Autofocus cameras.

 

This is the best of the Macros being 120MM and it allows you to go to 1 to 1 image size without any adapters. This lens is in Excellent Condition and shows less than normal wear. Comes with both front and rear caps.
