This is a Mamiya 645 SVX Motor Grip.  This Grip will work on all Mamiya 645 Pro and Pro TL cameras.  It is a motor grip which works on a lithium battery instead of 6 AA's.  Much lighter. 

This grip is in excellent working condition and shows normal wear.  Plastic coating is peeling and such but does not interfere with anything.   Just needed to mention.
