This is a Mamiya Left Hand Grip for the Mamiya 645 Super.  What makes it unique is the electronic adapter that connects to the camera and grip and allows you to release the shutter from the grip as well as using the hot shoe on the grip. This is one of those MUST HAVE accessories. You can use this on the Pro or Pro TL models as well by using the appropriate connector.  This grip comes with the one for the 645 Super and not the Pro or Pro TL models.

This grip is in excellent condition and shows normal wear.
