This is a Mamiya M645 Prism finder.   It will work on all models of the M645 including the M645 1000S, M645, and M645 J Cameras.

 

This finder looks very nice but it has that deterioration inside that runs across as you can see.   It does not interfere with anything, but can be annoying.   Because of this I am selling this AS with NO RETURNS.
