This is a Mamiya RZ67 Left Hand Grip with an electronic release.

 

This grip is in excellent condition and shows less than normal wear.  The electronics do not work though.  I am sure its an easy fix, but nothing I am going to do or even guarantee anyone else can do.   Because of this I am selling at a very low price.
