This is a Mamiya 65MM F3.5 for all Mamiya Twin Lens Reflex Cameras.

 

This lens is optically in excellent condition and the glass is also with no haze, fungus, or separation. Shutter speeds are all accurate and deliberate.  It does have some light cleaning marks if you look closely, but it does not interfere with anything.  Comes with front lens cap.
