Pentax 645 55mm f2.8 lens.  Lens has a slight scratch on the front element that will not affect images. Optics are clean of any scratches, fungus, haze, or separation.  Aperture is snappy and has no oil on the blades.

Focus is smooth and accurate.  Includes front and rear caps.
