This is a single-camera system, Spider Holster. 

 The Single Camera System is designed to carry a DSLR camera weighing 5 lb or more comfortably on your waist. Moreover, once the plate is on, it maintains complete access to the camera's battery compartment, and the rubber grips along with the anti-twist pins ensure that any movement does not occur between the camera and the plate. The plate slides into the holster smoothly via the pin and secures with its two-position lock. Releasing the lock enables you to have your camera readily available to quickly draw out.
Cosmetically this holster is in great shape! There is normal wear from use. This holster comes with two plates.
