This is a Tachihara 4X5 Wooden Field Camera. 

This camera works as it should and has a custom cover that slides over it that is held on with velcro.  Take it off or leave it, your choice.  There is a clip missing which holds the front together with the body, but that was all I could find that is wrong.  VERY NICE Camera!
