Velbon Folding Bracket

This is a Velbon Folding Bracket with Ball Tilt.

This bracket has been tested and is in excellent working order and condition.  Workmanship on this bracket is remarkable.  There may be normal signs of wear.  This allows the positioning of the flash off to the side of your camera and the ability to tilt the flash on the ball head.
